Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods from Savona Living.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.
This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract between you and Savona Living is only formed once your order has been accepted and production or dispatch has commenced.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before acceptance where necessary, including but not limited to:
- Products becoming unavailable.
- Pricing errors.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Payment authorisation failure.
- Incorrect product information.
If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, dimensions, specifications and images are accurate.
However:
- Colours may vary depending on your screen settings.
- Fabric shades may vary slightly between production batches.
- Natural materials such as wood and leather will display individual characteristics.
- Product dimensions may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
These variations do not constitute manufacturing faults.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).
Prices include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order before acceptance and provide a full refund.
Payment
Payment must be received in full before your order enters production or is dispatched.
We accept secure payment through the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payment information is processed securely through our payment providers and is never stored by Savona Living.
Made-to-Order Furniture
Many products sold by Savona Living are manufactured specifically to your chosen options, including:
- Fabric
- Colour
- Size
- Storage configuration
- Finish
- Headboard style
- Other bespoke options
Once production has commenced, these orders cannot usually be cancelled or amended.
Made-to-order products are generally exempt from cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Delivery
Delivery information, lead times, postcode surcharges and courier information are explained within our Delivery Policy.
Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance only.
Although we work closely with our manufacturers and delivery partners, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Savona Living cannot accept liability for delays caused by manufacturers, couriers, weather conditions, industrial action or other events beyond our control.
Delivery Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Furniture will fit through doorways, hallways and staircases.
- Access is suitable for delivery.
- Someone over the age of 18 is available to receive the delivery.
Failed deliveries caused by restricted access or customer unavailability may result in additional delivery charges.
Inspection of Goods
Please inspect your furniture as soon as possible after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, you should notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Prompt notification allows us to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Manufacturer's Guarantee
Selected products are covered by a Manufacturer's Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship.
The applicable guarantee period varies depending on the manufacturer and product.

Product Care
Customers are responsible for following the care and maintenance instructions supplied with their furniture.
Failure to follow recommended care instructions may invalidate any applicable manufacturer's guarantee.
