Delivery Information

At Savona Living, we're committed to delivering your furniture safely, professionally and with the highest level of care.

Many of our beds and furniture pieces are handcrafted to order, ensuring exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Because of this, delivery times may vary depending on the product you have selected.

Free UK Mainland Delivery

We offer FREE delivery on all orders to most mainland UK addresses.

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery Surcharge Areas

A £100 delivery surcharge applies to orders delivered to the following postcode areas:

AB, DD, KY, FK, PA, PH, KW, IV, EX, TR, TD, TQ, PL, CT, SA, SY, LD & LL

The surcharge will be added during checkout where applicable.

Delivery Timeframes

Most made-to-order products are delivered within:

25–30 working days

unless a different lead time is displayed on the product page.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Weekend delivery may be available on request and is subject to an additional delivery charge.

Christmas Delivery

To give your order the best opportunity of arriving before Christmas, orders should be placed at least five weeks before 22 December.

Orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

Christmas & New Year Closure

Our annual Christmas closure runs from:

22 December until 12 January

During this period:

  • Orders can still be placed online 24 hours a day.
  • Manufacturing partners are closed.
  • No deliveries or collections will take place.
  • Customer service enquiries will be answered once we reopen.
  • Lead times begin or resume once manufacturing restarts.

Preparing for Delivery

Before placing your order, please ensure:

✔ Your furniture will fit through all doors, hallways and staircases.

✔ The room is accessible.

✔ Someone over 18 is available to receive the delivery.

✔ Your delivery address and contact details are correct.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in an additional delivery charge if re-delivery is required.
